Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager/Inside Sales Representative to join our team and lead daily operations, drive revenue through strong customer relationships, optimize workflow, and ensure our facility runs with accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement better systems.
- Manage in-bound and outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Engage leads through calls, emails, and follow‑ups
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up pipelines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and team‑building skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet
- Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple conversations
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
