Your Impact:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at FactSet, you'll empower our Sales teams to hit and surpass revenue goals by developing impactful sales assets and strategies. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing (Programs, Product Marketing, Content) and Sales Stakeholders to translate our products and solutions into client-focused narratives, ensuring our brand voice, consistency, and tone.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute Sales Enablement strategy for designated products and go-to-market product launches to effectively engage target client audiences.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral such as sales decks, sales webinars, FAQs, pricing and packaging guides, e-mail templates, SharePoint pages, and more to boost sales readiness and engagement.
  • Managed and regularly update sales collateral to keep resources organized and easily accessible for the Sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales and key stakeholders, gather ongoing feedback from Sales, and continually optimize enablement materials and processes.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Client Success Enablement, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, Business Units and other FactSet teams.
  • Own Sales Enablement communication channels to maximize discoverability and usage among global teams.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, customer success, or other client/revenue facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate product features into compelling client value.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry.
  • Passion for understanding FactSet's existing and new products and translating their value for clients across different firm types.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders, including senior leaders.

  • FactSet product knowledge.
  • Understanding of FactSet sales process.

The budgeted salary for this position in the states of Connecticut and California, and in NYC, is $90,000 - $115,000. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
