The Program Manager supervises and ensures a safe environment and works with the Clinical Team Leader and Behaviorist to establish a positive treatment program for coed youth. Oversees the implementation and maintenance of a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Responsible for the safety and security of the program, building, residents and staff. Has primary responsibility for budgets, scheduling and staff performance. Working with the Clinical Team Leader and Behaviorist, has the responsibility of implementing programming within the residence. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Direct coordination of daily program activities. Act as the residence leader.
