The LPN is responsible for providing healthcare services for the programs, including medication administration in accordance with State and DCPP regulations. Comply with standards set forth by the NJ State Board of Nursing and Agency policies. Observe and document residential response to psychotropic and non-psychotropic medications in the Electronic Health Record. Complete APN/Physician orders.
