The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Provides clinical assessment, counseling, and psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Conducts evaluations, including mental status examinations and psychosocial histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans using accepted diagnostic classifications (e.g., DSM). Delivers ongoing clinical social work and/or psychotherapeutic counseling to address mental health symptoms, psychosocial stressors, and relationship challenges. Engages in clinical consultation through case discussions, treatment planning, and client-centered advocacy, collaborating with relevant individuals and entities to support therapeutic goals.
