Additional responsibilities: Being directly engaged with the delivery drivers - provide ongoing coaching, working with customers, and managing the standard work processes for IDSD Delivery Pillar, while optimizing service and ensuring cost management. The Supervisor, DSD Delivery will act as the Driver Methods Lead supporting the first level of DMS meeting in the field. Scheduling routes to Drivers and ensure compliant with HOS/DOT (breaks, hours, etc.) KPIs: Driver Safety incidents/accidents, DUPH, OT%, Driver review and management of high-risk drivers across the branch.
