The Case Manager will: Ensure Medical Needs are met and maintained for youth Ensure Foster Parents are trained on Medication Policies and Procedures including TFC Medication Manual Provide additional re-trainings as needed regarding the medical/ medication needs to Foster Parents Work closely with the prescriber to communicate any psychiatric or behavioral concerns regarding the consumers in care.
