Parks, Recreation and Tourism is seeking a dynamic individual that has a passion for serving the public to provide extraordinary customer service and perform duties related to the front office and Visitor Center of the Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department. Primary Responsibilities:
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide information about departmental services, programs, and facilities.
Register participants and process transactions for programs, facility rentals, merchandise sales, passes, permits, and reservations using point-of-sale and recreation management software.
Assist at department-wide special events, including handling registrations and supporting the department marketing table.
Provide coverage at other facility locations as needed for reception and phone support.
