$22–$28/hr based on experience. Apprentices and helpers welcome — paid training. Full-time, year-round, weekly pay, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays. We install basement egress windows across Central Ohio. We don't need 10 years of egress experience — we need someone who'll show up on time, listen, work hard, and learn the trade. If you've done any kind of construction, landscaping, concrete, framing, or general trade work, we can build you into a real installer. A typical day:   7 AM at our Columbus shop. Load the truck with your crew. 1–2 day residential jobs, 2–3 person crew. Digging, cutting concrete, setting windows, building wells, waterproofing. We do this every day. Within a few months, you'll be running parts of the install yourself.
