The Program Manager supervises and ensures a safe environment and works with the Clinical Team Leader and Behaviorist to establish a positive treatment program for coed youth. Additionally, the Admissions Coordinator will coordinate and schedule meet-and-greets, admission interviews, and intake assessments in collaboration with internal/external treatment teams, program leadership, Case Managers, and families. Admissions Coordinator will also ensure smooth communication among internal departments to support timely and effective admissions. We make it our priority to screen and triage individuals in crisis within community settings as opposed to a hospital setting. Our certified screeners and mental health professionals work together to stabilize the crisis and determine the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment option.
