Position will maintain the census of Legacy Treatment Services Residential Treatment Home Programs at optimum levels. Additionally, the Admissions Coordinator will coordinate and schedule meet-and-greets, admission interviews, and intake assessments in collaboration with internal/external treatment teams, program leadership, Case Managers, and families. Admissions Coordinator will also ensure smooth communication among internal departments to support timely and effective admissions. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborates with Perform Care and all the various State agencies who refer Consumers to the program. The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Will manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues. The 988 Program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies.
