Make It With Pride.Summary:Club is responsible for delivering the revenue and distribution objectives for channel in accordance with company sales plans and budgets. This individual must be a doer, motivated, inspired, organized, creative, willing to roll up his/her sleeves with a strong work ethic.
Essential Duties: - Total sales, P+L responsibility, forecasting, business reporting and analytics for key retailers including: Sams, BJ’s, Winco.
- Drive new product/category distribution initiatives.
- Implement retailer promotional plans in line with sales/marketing plans.
- Direct distributors, brokers, field sales and internal resources to accomplish sales and distribution objectives.
- Manage all budgets in proportion to sales revenue and manage trade spending in accordance with HQ objectives. Lead Vividly input and Vividly management for entire Growth Team.
- Responsible for new item set up, customer portal management for Growth Channels.
- Delivers distribution, shelf management, pricing and promotional objectives for accounts.
- Develop and Manage club strategy along slide Sr. Dir Growth Channel and execute all HQ and divisional priorities.
- Partner with sales strategy, finance and marketing teams to develop short and long term innovation pipeline for club channel
- Contract management and divisional and regional selling strategies across club channel.
- Responsible for planning a monthly calendar which includes extensive travel such as, retailer appointments, broker meetings, distributor meetings, trade shows, regional shows, corporate office visits, working the market during a visit, etc.
- Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the sales department.
- Presentation of new items and strategies to customer and internal leadership teams.
- Develop and manage scope, timeline, work plan and deliverables for projects; manage incoming project requests and maintain project queue.
Skills / Qualification / Education: - 4+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Club channel experience preferred.
- Experience working with multiple retail environments preferred
- Excel and PowerPoint Skills; must be competent in managing large data sets and extract insights.
- Experience in sales planning and forecasting.
- Creative thinker with the ability to tell a story with data and insights.
Working Condition: - Office - 40%
- Frequent air and ground travel - 60%
Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $90,800 to $124,850; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
