Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and trouble shoot all types of Diesel Engine 
• Effectively diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and determine necessary repairs or services
• Explain service and repair work performed to customers when warranty or service center work has been done
• Test products engine after remanufacturing and document results
• Complete Assemble and  disassembly and inspection  Engines efficiently and document work
• Provide detailed and clear service reports
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment daily

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Diesel  Engine , Ag or  Construction technician experience
• Basic Computer Skills and Writing Skills to document work performed and Perform Diagnostics on engines
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Ability to prioritize work assignments

Cummins, Doosan, FPT Engines (Fiat Power Train ) , Kohler Engines, Kubota Engine

 We also reman and machine John Deere and Caterpillar Engines  

Operation that we perform in the Remanufacturing

*Full Machine Shop with State of the Art Equipment

*Injection Pump and Injector Testing , Rebuilding, Remanufacturing on all Late Model Equipment

Including Common Rail Injectors and Supply Pumps

*Dedicated Engine Build Room

*DOC, DPF, SCR  Inspection , Cleaning  System

*Inspection and Testing of Engine via Dyno Test Cell

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

 (Pay rate is effected by Experience , Ability and Training )
