Experience Designer (Senior / Lead)

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Experience Designer to help push the boundaries of what digital storytelling and commerce can look and feel like on the web. This role is ideal for a designer who blends exceptional visual craft with strong UX and interaction instincts, and who is energized by experimenting with motion, interactivity, and expressive, prototype-driven design.

You operate confidently at the intersection of brand, product, and technology, bringing ideas to life through immersive layouts, refined micro-interactions, and prototypes that communicate motion, intent, and emotion. You thrive in creative environments, enjoy tackling complex problems, and are motivated by designing forward-thinking, user-centered web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver immersive, interactive web experiences that support storytelling, product launches, and digital commerce.
• Develop strong visual systems, interaction models, and motion-forward design concepts that push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product partners, copywriters, and engineers to translate ideas into compelling, user-centered experiences.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate interaction patterns, transitions, micro-interactions, and behavior-driven intent.
• Leverage and evolve existing design systems to build new layouts, narratives, and interactive moments.
• Balance experimentation with practical considerations such as usability, accessibility, and performance.

What You Bring

• Strong visual design craft paired with a solid foundation in UX and interaction design.
• A portfolio demonstrating bold ideas, refined execution, and attention to detail across typography, layout, motion, and interaction.
• Ability to create prototypes that go beyond static screens, communicating motion, timing, and micro-interactions.
• Experience using motion tools (e.g., After Effects) to explore and communicate interaction concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate narratives into interactive digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of core design fundamentals: typography, color, motion, hierarchy, usability, and spatial systems.
• Curiosity and fluency with emerging tools, mediums, and technologies. Experience with 3D or advanced motion is a plus.
• Comfort working quickly, adapting to change, and thriving in a high-expectation environment.
