Junior Shopify Developer - FTE

Our health and wellness client, a leader in science backed brain supplements, is seeking a full-time, salaried, Junior Shopify Frontend Developer to support and enhance their Shopify Plus eCommerce site.

The ideal candidate brings hands on Shopify theme development experience, strong frontend skills, and the ability to support key eCommerce tools across subscriptions, loyalty, personalization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the Shopify Plus storefront with a focus on performance, usability, and visual consistency.
• Implement frontend and theme updates using Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
• Modify and build Shopify 2.0 theme sections and blocks as needed.
• Troubleshoot frontend issues, conduct QA, and ensure high quality execution across devices.
• Support subscription functionality through Ordergroove.
• Assist with upsell and personalization experiences using Rebuy.
• Support loyalty and referral features through Yotpo.
• Contribute to analytics and tracking implementation through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement creative updates and campaigns.
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities within Jira and Asana.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Practical experience editing themes using Liquid, with strong command of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience supporting ecommerce tools such as Ordergroove, Rebuy, and Yotpo.
• Understanding of QA processes and basic conversion optimization concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles; experience with Yoast is a plus.
• Comfort working within existing theme and app based JavaScript when needed.
• Detail oriented, self directed, and able to manage work independently.
• Availability to work primarily during PST hours; MST is acceptable.
