Our FinServ client is seeking a Advertising Compliance Specialist to join their team for the next 10 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Milwaukee, WI.

Role Summary
This role focuses on reviewing various advertising materials, including websites and traditional marketing content, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies. Success in this position requires curiosity, a willingness to learn technical subject matter, and the ability to apply existing skills and experience to a fast-paced review environment.

Top Must Have Skills

Bachelors degree
At least 2 years of financial industry experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint
Advertising compliance experience preferred

Responsibilities

Review advertising materials, both digital and traditional, to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Move quickly while applying appropriate due diligence, even when information is limited
Learn new technical subjects and apply that knowledge to daily review activities
Take risks, welcome feedback, and contribute to both personal and team development
Manage multiple communication channels and tasks simultaneously
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and maintain clear documentation

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
