Our CPG client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for 12 months. This is a hybrid onsite role and only candidates local to St. Louis, MO will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and communicate project timelines to internal and external teams.
• Create and manage all project timelines.
• Set up kickoff calls, collaborations, and presentations.
• Lead brand status meetings.
• Work cross-functionally for all project executions including partnership with internal and external partners.
• Manage high volume and quick turn projects.
• Partner with account lead to develop project scope.
• Issue POs to external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Project Management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven knowledge of production aspects for print, digital, experiential, and content projects.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial.
• Experience with Workfront project management tool.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Workfront.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
