Creative Circle
Our CPG client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for 12 months. This is a hybrid onsite role and only candidates local to St. Louis, MO will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and communicate project timelines to internal and external teams.
- Create and manage all project timelines.
- Set up kickoff calls, collaborations, and presentations.
- Lead brand status meetings.
- Work cross-functionally for all project executions including partnership with internal and external partners.
- Manage high volume and quick turn projects.
- Partner with account lead to develop project scope.
- Issue POs to external vendors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Project Management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven knowledge of production aspects for print, digital, experiential, and content projects.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial.
- Experience with Workfront project management tool.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Workfront.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
