Program Manager IV

Position Overview
The Program Manager IV is responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex programs within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Program Manager IV will lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements to enhance overall program performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet program objectives and goals.
  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and create mitigation strategies.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate program progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources effectively to enhance productivity and meet project deadlines.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to adapt project plans and deliverables based on changing requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in program deliverables.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in content strategy, copy writing, education, or enablement, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and risk management.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management in program contexts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods for process improvement.
  • Nice to haves: Graphic design background,built visually appealing content. Has worked with creative agencies.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
