Our client is in the higher education space. They are seeking a part-time, 1 day a week onsite (Mondays) Junior Graphic / Production Designer. This engagement will be 10-20+ hours/week as soon as February 10th until June.

The Junior Graphic / Production Designers role: This person will report to the Creative Director and support the 3-person creative team. This role will run the gamut of print and digital design, but will have a heavier focus on traditional print. Projects can include:

- Layout and/or design brochures, posters, magazines, A-frames, web ads, web graphics, editorial, email templates
- Layout and/or design for environmental graphics, wayfinding, and signage
- Sensitivity to typography, clean layout / spacing, clear messaging hierarchy
- Handle production edits and package up projects

The Junior / Production Designer's skills + experience:

- 2-4 years of experience handling both print and digital design and production
- Have a portfolio geared more towards clean / smart B2B design versus whimsical B2C
- Mastery of Adobe platforms including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Have an eye for typography, layout, and higher educations is nice to have
- Be flexible in scheduling and have own workstation
