We are seeking an experienced professional who is exceptional at relationship management to focus on building and maintaining a strong and mutually beneficial business relationship with institutional clients in the North American market. This individual will partner closely with the Business Development Managers on shared accounts and lead engagements with clients to understand their investment goals and servicing needs, as well as addressing any issues, concerns or opportunities.
The Relationship Manager will be focused on growing and maintaining existing relationships. They will play a key role in client retention efforts, including defense strategies, as well as cross-selling efforts. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to onboard new client accounts and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 120,000 - 225,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
