This position will create, design, and disseminate all marketing and communications efforts for the Office of Alumni and Development. The primary responsibility will be refreshing the department website content in effort to create an engaging on-line presence of the Alumni and development activities, as well as being responsible for content creation and posting and monitoring of department social media channels. Additional design work for the development and stewardship team is required as well as participation in all department sponsored events and activities.Essential Duties
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree required2. Experience in designing marketing and communications materials, including print, web, digital and social media3. Experience with the following platforms: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Drupal, and all Adobe products4. Must possess excellent writing, editing and communication skills5. Ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a collaborative setting6. Ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines7. Ability to actively contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment8. Must be positive, collaborative, diligent, and capable of managing multiple priorities/projects9. Some nights and weekends may be requiredWork Environment
