Position Overview

The Facilities Attendant plays a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment within Oxenfree’s fitness and co-working spaces. This position provides an on-site presence during evenings and weekends to help uphold community standards, monitor usage, and support cleanliness and order. The Amenity Attendant ensures that residents and guests are using the space appropriately and respectfully, while reinforcing Core Spaces’ commitment to quality and service.

Hours:

  • Thursday & Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

What You Will Do

  • Must be available to work weekends and evening hours consistently
  • Make frequent rounds throughout the amenity center each hour to monitor activity and ensure community rules are being followed
  • Identify and address unauthorized use, including individuals without Oxenfree wristbands and unaccompanied minors under the age of 16
  • Maintain a guest sign-in sheet, collecting names and unit numbers for all visitors
  • Assist with general upkeep, including managing overflowing trash bins and ensuring there is no glass in the pool area
  • Ensure all amenity doors are locked at the end of each shift
  • Send a nightly email summarizing any lease violations, maintenance concerns, or lighting issues that require follow-up
  • Wear Oxenfree-branded attire and name tag each shift to ensure clear identification
  • Attend all resident events and provide setup and cleanup support alongside the on-site team
  • Remain highly flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, including taking on additional responsibilities and adjusting work hours as required to support organizational priorities
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ideally, You'll Have

  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain professional and composed when addressing resident concerns or enforcing policies

    You'll crush it if you have experience with

  • Comfortable with light physical tasks such as walking rounds and assisting with event cleanup
Previous experience in customer service, security, or hospitality is a plus
