We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Engineer with deep expertise in Genesys Engage On-Premise applications to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience with Genesys Engage and proven hands-on expertise deploying and supporting on-premise environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Engineer with deep expertise in Genesys Engage On-Premise applications to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience with Genesys Engage and proven hands-on expertise deploying and supporting on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and support Genesys Framework/Management components in on-premise environments.
- Work with SIP Servers, Resource Manager, MCP, CUCM Tservers, Universal Routing Server, Stat Server, GAX, WDE, and Callback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Support release deployments, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements to Genesys environments.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices for Genesys architecture and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Engage On-Premise Applications.
- Proven expertise in deploying, managing, and supporting:
- Genesys Framework/Management components
- SIP Servers, Resource Manager, MCP, CUCM Tservers
- Universal Routing Server, Stat Server
- GAX, WDE, Callback
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, team-based environment.
