Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise level support, maintaining RightFax and other fax systems in a Production Operations environment. This includes application installation, upgrades, vulnerability management, incident and change management, migrations between fax systems.
- Systems Operations Experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Troubleshooting of complex issues and root cause analysis
- Incident and Change Management
- Monitoring and Observability
- Willing to work outside of normal hours and on-call rotation as needed.
