Job Summary:
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within communications and contribute to large-scale planning related to communications deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex communications challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet communications deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Communications.


Required skills and qualifications:
Seeking someone that brings strong overall strategy. Developing the overall strategy and design, developing the audience and the communications plan, and working this through the execution.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within 3rd party communication and supply chain communications and have experience in standard communication tools such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Design a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage the Enterprise on changes in the Third Party Risk Management Program (the "Program"), including platform, procedure, and requirements, through the KEI. The plan needs to consider (at a minimum):

o Audience
o Channels
o Key Messaging
o Connections to broader changes occurring in Supply Chain Management
  • Create content templates to enable creation of individual communication pieces in coordination with the working teams, minimizing the burden on those teams
  • Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness analyses to prepare individual communication pieces and, where necessary, adjust the plan
  • Write content for individual communication pieces, e.g., emails, meeting presentations, website postings, etc.
  • Coordinate on messaging and execution of the plan with CAO and Corporate Communications, as well as other key stakeholders, e.g., KEI SteerCo
  • Ensure commitments made in communications are delivered as committed
  • Design and conduct periodic "market research" on the impact of changes made through the Program and the effectiveness of communications


Required Qualifications : 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
