Key Responsibilities:
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
Design and develop instructional content (eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, job aids, performance support tools) that supports business-critical initiatives.
Apply learning science, performance consulting, and instructional design best practices to improve knowledge retention and real-world application.
Use learning technology tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, LMS platforms) to develop scalable and interactive content.
Lead needs assessments and design plans for new product launches, strategic initiatives, compliance training, and skill-building programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions using Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation and apply data insights to refine instructional strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Business Units to ensure alignment and consistency in learning experiences.
Stay current with industry trends in finance, strategy, digital marketing, and learning technology to bring innovation to the learning environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field; OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.
4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development.
Proven experience designing learning solutions for finance, marketing, or corporate strategy functions.
Proficient with instructional authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS systems.
Understanding of adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM models, and performance-based learning strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in financial services, banking, or insurance industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, MarTech tools) and terminology.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or strategy frameworks.
