Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
  • Design and develop instructional content (eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, job aids, performance support tools) that supports business-critical initiatives.
  • Apply learning science, performance consulting, and instructional design best practices to improve knowledge retention and real-world application.
  • Use learning technology tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, LMS platforms) to develop scalable and interactive content.
  • Lead needs assessments and design plans for new product launches, strategic initiatives, compliance training, and skill-building programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions using Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation and apply data insights to refine instructional strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Business Units to ensure alignment and consistency in learning experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends in finance, strategy, digital marketing, and learning technology to bring innovation to the learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field; OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.
  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development.
  • Proven experience designing learning solutions for finance, marketing, or corporate strategy functions.
  • Proficient with instructional authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS systems.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM models, and performance-based learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in financial services, banking, or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, MarTech tools) and terminology.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or strategy frameworks.
