Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring email inquiries sent to the Careers and Recruiting Accommodations mailboxes
- Providing accurate, complete and timely responses on a variety of inquiries
- Performing various audits and assisting with team projects
- Engaging with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers or HR partner groups to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Customer Support
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of combined experience across program, process, or project management discipline
