You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice, chat, email, and digital channels, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure Genesys Cloud CX solutions including IVR, routing strategies, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Genesys with CRM systems, workforce management tools, and reporting platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Support deployment of new features, upgrades, and patches in coordination with IT and vendor teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Required Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and APIs for system integration.
- Familiarity with telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure
Preferred Qualifications - Genesys certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional).
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of workforce management and quality monitoring tools.
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
