Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne/RCM) to join our development team. This role involves designing, coding, and configuring Actimize Case Manager applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation and support in the development and enhancement of computer applications.
- Analyze business requirements and create detailed technical specifications for new or redesigned solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document complex software systems.
- Lead technical initiatives, code reviews, and contribute to test strategies and automation.
- Develop custom Java plugins for Actimize Case Manager (ActOne/RCM).
- Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and assist in overall systems and production testing.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.
- Support configuration management and CI/CD processes.
- Participate in resolving escalated technical issues and production problems.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of development with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne/RCM).
- 1+ years hands-on experience developing ActOne/RCM Java plugins.
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and knowledge of Java memory models.
- Experience in 12-factor app design and Cloud-native patterns (AWS, Azure, PCF).
- Experience with test automation tools (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin).
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle DB, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- 2+ years of experience with Kafka and working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to simplify and translate complex technical needs for cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical specifications.
