Job Description:
- Need someone that can be flexible, organized, and patient with internal issues. Problem solve and research to find solutions to problems. Will be given the tools but needs to know how to find answers and be a good internal partner.
- Monitoring a mailbox to see what internal employees are having issues with a support those problems. Ranges from hardware replacements, software/system access needs, invoicing, space planning, etc.
- Tools they will be using here that would be huge benefits - need to have experience with similar tools if not these.
- Simba, AIMS, ART (all access related)
- Software Market, ServiceNow (all application/hardware related)
- E-Procurements, Ariba (procurement related - these will be used the least)
