We are hiring a Test Lead with product facing responsibilities
This role requires a strong understanding of CRM platform transitions, specializing in Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations.
- 5+ years of experience within product management
- 4+ years of experience testing experience
- 2+ years working within CRM
- Deep understanding of UAT methodologies, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, ValueEdge Octane, and AccelQ
- Must have a strong background in test strategy, data validation, and integration oversight, with hands-on experience using Informatica for ETL and data transformation.
- Skilled in aligning testing frameworks with product goals to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.
- Ability to assess system compatibility, troubleshoot integration issues, and document test plans and results
- Experience with regression testing, risk-based testing, and test automation coordination
Ideal to have one of the following:
- ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist for Agile environments
- PMP or equivalent for project coordination
