Senior Technical Product Analyst - Communications

Charlotte, NC- W2 Rate - $75/hr

18 months - hybrid onsite

Qualifications:
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, technical analysis or product support on the technical side.
  • Must have strong experience in corporate level communications between business and technical teams.
  • Will be focused on managing communication channels and creating tailored messaging, this includes visually engaging materials- with a focus on translating information into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. (i.e. translation between teams, executive level messaging, stakeholder / visual presentation creation)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with User and Customer Design leads, designers, and analysts
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with stakeholder management, risk reporting, and executive-level communication.

Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Draft and deliver initiative health/risk reports, executive summaries, and program-wide updates.
  • Maintain Confluence pages and documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating delivery timelines, scope changes, and risks.
