Data Analytics Specialist to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our data infrastructure and analytical tools-with a strong emphasis on
CRM systems and
sales/client performance reporting. This role is integral in enabling high-quality reporting and data visualization that empowers strategic decision-making across Sales, Client Management, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain databases, reporting dashboards, and business intelligence (BI) platforms to track sales and client performance.
- Develop and deliver customized reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses from CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Analytics stakeholders to understand business goals and deliver data-driven insights that support those objectives.
- Integrate data from various sources including CRM tools, financial systems, and operational databases to enable holistic reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data and reporting systems.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities by transforming large and complex datasets into digestible executive-level insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a similar role, preferably within a sales or client-facing environment.
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
- Python or SAS for data processing and analysis
- Power BI or other data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- CRM platforms: Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstrated experience synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and communicating them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work across multiple data sources and manage data integration tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with data governance, compliance standards, or enterprise data management practices.
- Familiarity with financial data, sales pipelines, or client segmentation models.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) is a plus.
