Executive Protection Transport (EPT) is seeking dependable, professional, and physically capable Prisoner Transport Officers to safely transport individuals in custody for government and correctional agencies. Officers are responsible for maintaining continuous custody, security, accountability, and prisoner welfare from pickup through final transfer. Primary responsibilities include safely operating prisoner transport vehicles; conducting pre-trip vehicle and equipment inspections; assisting with prisoner searches; inspecting and applying authorized restraints; securely loading and unloading prisoners; maintaining required separation of male, female, adult, and juvenile prisoners; monitoring prisoner behavior and welfare; conducting headcounts and restraint checks; maintaining chain-of-custody documentation; communicating with dispatch and agency personnel; following approved routes and rest-stop plans; and completing transport logs, transfer records, medical documentation,...
