1. Application

Go to HyundaiCareers.com HireVeterans profile. Search for a position that fits your background and preference. Click APPLY NOW. Once your application is received, Hyundai Motor America's recruiting team will review your application.

2. Prescreen Conversation

If you meet the basic and preferred qualifications listed on the job description, a member of Hyundai's recruiting team will reach out and schedule for a basic prescreen phone interview.

3. Interview

If the recruiter deems you suitable to proceed to the next phase, you will be invited for another interview. This time, you will meet with the hiring manager, and/or several team members (as necessary). All meetings are conducted virtually - via video or phone - unless otherwise required by the hiring managers.

You should anticipate that each interview will focus on many topics such as skillsets, expectations, etc. Depending on the role, you may be asked to present a case study, give a presentation, or perform a skills demonstration. Don't worry! Your recruiter will share everything you need to prepare before you go in for the interview.

4. Decision

After candidate assessment, the selection process will take place. This is the final stage in Hyundai's hiring process. Please expect that it could take several weeks to reach a decision. Patience is a valuable virtue in this phase. If you're successful, congratulations! You will hear from your recruiter via email and/or phone call.
