Sales Lead Generation Specialist - Dutch Speaking Are you looking for an exciting core business development role supporting an international sales team? Using various digital tools and dedicated sales efforts, you will be hunting and developing leads and opportunities for our team of Global Account Managers. Building a lead contact database, you will nurture prospects using different marketing techniques and insights, driving attendance to our events. Key Responsibilities Generate, filter and develop leads whilst understanding the challenges of the lead and assigning to a Global Account Manager Qualify new leads proactively, utilising a variety of tools and techniques Support the Global Account Managers team on their preparation for meeting with new prospects, giving them all the relevant information from your initial approach and shaping the right messages Support the Marketing department on the relationship with the market, being responsible to share the events calendar and new contents on a one-to-one approach among CrossKnowledge target Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with all the relevant information on the leads and accounts of CrossKnowledge clients and prospects What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable B2B sales/telesales experience, ideally within the HR industry, SaaS related or business services environment Strong oral and written communication skills and fluent Dutch to a professional/business level Solid relationship sourcing and building capability across different channels including various digital platforms and non-traditional methods Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills advantageous Experience/exposure to CRM tools and marketing automation platforms desirable Proactive and driven approach to business development and lead generation with a solutions orientated style Self-motivated and results driven individual who enjoys working as a team and contributing individually What's in it for you Further develop and strengthen your Sales career within a successful, experienced and supportive international Sales team High impact position with a real opportunity to contribute to the direction and growth of an exciting business in a fast-changing industry Direct influence on developing an awareness of our company across Europe You will evolve in an environment driven by entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and continuous learning.
