The Performance Improvement Coordinator works with Agency management/personnel to oversee and/or conduct assigned program focused reviews specific to compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, accreditation and contract requirements within the Agency’s Performance Improvement and Risk Management approved procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participates with program licensing inspections as required, COA site visits, and other assigned third-party audits, and development of corrective action and quality improvement plans as indicated. Coordinates inspections/audits with managers as assigned.
Conducts/coordinates with managers assigned program site visits, focused reviews and incident investigations.
Coordinates and performs assigned consumer record reviews in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and quality improvement plans for contract and regulatory compliance.
