About this role Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and business management support to the Country Head and senior team members in South Korea. Manage diary and schedule audio and video conference calls / meetings with multiple participants and across multiple international locations. Arrange international and domestic travel for senior leadership team members as requested. Process monthly Corporate Amex expenses and submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable, process and approve on dashboard for payment and monitor for budget purposes. Facilitate team-wide and firm-wide events and manage ad hoc assignments. Partner with the regional HR to help manage local HR affairs and facilitate organizational enhancements to drive success across the business.
