Job Summary Under general direction and in compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, plans and directs repairs, installations, renovations, modifications and maintenance projects for all City-owned facilities and systems. Oversees short- and long-term planning for the unit. Develops and implements standard operating procedures for the unit in compliance with laws and regulations. Manages all work requests by estimating labor, materials, and financial resources required for job completion. Coordinates maintenance work with City departments and vendors, maintaining effective relations.
