The Tax Manager, Compliance US International will support US tax compliance and planning initiatives. Manage processes and projects around income tax compliance and forecasts. Perform and support tax activities through analysis and review of working papers, information returns, and research studies. How you will contribute You will: Participate and work with co-sourcing preparers on the accurate filing and review of forms 5471, 8858, and 8865. Individual will have a solid understanding of, and apply their knowledge to determine, the U.S. international tax implications of Subpart F income, Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (“GILTI”), Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (“FDII”), foreign tax credit calculation and limitation, repatriation and earnings and profits calculations.
