CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Onsite Clinical Navigator (RN) embedded at a partnering hospital will conduct concurrent review of inpatient level of care, managing the timely and smooth transition from inpatient care to home or other levels of care.
