About this role EMEA Head of RFP About this role The RFP function is a critical component of the firm's commercial infrastructure, responsible for delivering high-quality, bespoke RFPs for complex OCIO and Wealth Solutions opportunities The team operates as a specialist capability, focused on high-complexity, high-value opportunities and sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Investments, supporting complex opportunities and ensuring consistent, accurate, and differentiated messaging. The function also plays a key role in driving commercial effectiveness through process optimization, content strategy, and the adoption of technology and AI within the complex deal RFP team.
