About this role Title: Campus Recruiter, Associate The Early Career Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Associate level recruiter to help drive and deliver the Early Careers recruitment strategy, building relationships with internal clients and external candidates and providers, serving as a talent scout for the firm. Our objective is to source and deliver exceptional entry-level talent to the firm across a broad spectrum of roles across UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). This is accomplished through engagement initiatives; marketing campaigns; utilizing technology to connect with candidates, curating talent pools; and developing candidate screening and selection methods to cast a wide net for talent and hire the most suitable diverse talent.
