Role and impact We are seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as a senior member of the 1940 Act Compliance team. The individual will be focused on supporting all aspects of the 1940 Act funds business, including support of the compliance programs, policy and procedure development and reviews, new product development including ETFs and digital assets, and portfolio management and capital markets functions.
