About this role Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain servers and applications. Install and configure software and systems. • Apply operating system and application updates and patches. Maintain backups of key systems, design and test crucial system redundancy. • Perform audits of key systems for health and security assurance. • Document deployment, maintenance, and recovery procedures. • Integrate strong access controls and adhere to best security practices. • Identify tasks suitable for automation and create supporting scripts. • Monitor and predict resource usage for capacity planning. • Engage in research and development to enhance system performance and capabilities. • In critical situations, provide off-hour support to maintain system operability.
