GENERAL DECRIPTION Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals and cost narratives as required. DUTIES Provide accurate pricing of proposals ensuring they are complete and compliant with all customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with requirements. Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up including cost narratives when required. Pricing to include small and large scale, multi-year proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs. Prepare and present pricing files for management review and approval. Work in a team hybrid environment. Provide routine administrative support.
