What You'll Do Part time Speech-Language Pathologist (16 hours/week) This unique position provides essential "at the elbow" support for our Pediatric Otolaryngology team, focusing on patients with complex resonance, voice, and dysphagia (swallowing) abnormalities. Unlike generalist SLP roles, this provider works within a high-functioning multidisciplinary clinic to evaluate and manage: Velopharyngeal Insufficiency (VPI): Specialized assessment and therapy for speech disorders related to palate function. Aerodigestive Tract Disorders: Integrated management of complex breathing and swallowing issues.
