GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Procurement Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of procurement and subcontracting activities in support of program operations. This role ensures the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services across both government (FAR/DFARS) and commercial programs, while balancing compliance-driven procurement with the best commercial practices for speed, cost efficiency, and supplier agility.
