About this role The US iShares Equity ETF team is seeking a Vice President / Director factor product strategist focused on commercial strategy, client engagement, and business growth for the US iShares Factor platform. This individual will serve as a senior subject matter expert responsible for driving distribution strategy and adoption of factor-based ETFs across US Wealth Advisory (USWA), Institutional, and platform partners. Successful individuals in this role will thrive in an analytical, deeply collaborative, and high-performance environment.
