GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Project Finance Analyst (PFA) IV will ensure projects are accounted for in compliance with GAAP, government regulations, Earned Value Management (EVM), and company accounting/finance policies. The PFA IV will be the subject matter expert on all financial matters as it relates to projects' finances. The PFA will have significant interface with Accounting, Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other functional areas. . GENERAL DECRIPTION Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. DUTIES Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements. Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up. Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
